Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, friendly, and professional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors in a timely manner and facilitate entry to, and exit of, the data centre in accordance with security policies and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers and internal stakeholders by resolving their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor facility systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide accurate security incident reports and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Assist with general receptionist, administrative, and customer service support duties as required.
  • Answer overflow calls to our Customer Support telephone line and provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for, and experience in, customer service and security.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Show strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic, can-do, positive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Show ability to build relationships with, and support, a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Be able to lift up to 15kg to support with deliveries.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Hold a current Baseline or NV1 from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA), or be willing to obtain one.
  • Hold a current Certificate II in Security Operations or higher, or be willing to obtain one.
