Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will have a Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least two years' experience in a contact centre/customer service role. Experience working in Disability and Aged Care is preferred but not essential.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures
