We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join our team at GKR Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage on-forwarding quotes and invoicing for our clients.
  • Manifesting and coordinating transport operations.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and issues.
  • Process customer requests and invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a warehouse or transport environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with bookings and coordination of transport with approved carriers.
  • Understanding of operations processes in a distribution company.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
