About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join our team in Regency Park. This part-time position involves working 3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with the possibility of covering additional days as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process on-forwarders' invoices and provide quotes for other depots.
  • Manage manifests and liaise directly with clients daily.
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Generate invoices.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a warehouse/transport environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • A proactive customer service approach.
  • Reliability, ability to work independently, and be part of a team to deliver daily results.
  • Experience in bookings and coordinating transport with approved carriers.
  • Understanding of operations processes in a distribution company.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
