Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our Port Hedland-based team. As a result of the company's continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced professional to take on a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the performance of a skilled team of personnel within our Fabrication, Mechanical, and Tiling workshops.
- Ensure that jobs meet or exceed client quality requirements and are produced on time and on budget.
- Continued development of a skilled group of personnel working as a team to achieve our outputs.
- Experience in providing accurate quotations.
- Ensure Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance.
- Produce Manufacturer's Data Reports (MDRs) and other supporting materials as required.
- Relevant Trade Qualification - Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical Fitter/BMW/Fabrication.
- Trade experience in supervising workshop operations.
- Well-developed communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to quickly adapt to changes in job priorities.
- Reliability in planning, reporting, communicating, and ensuring compliance with internal and legislative commitments and obligations.
- The demonstrated ability to lead in the area of Health and Safety.
- Proficient computer skills.
