The successful candidate will provide leadership, vision, and direction for an industry-leading ethics and compliance program. This role is critical in promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct aligned to our principles and behaviors.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing Strategies:
- Develop, lead, and ensure the execution of Worley's E&C strategy, driving adoption across all regions and business units.
- Foster an ethical culture across the organization, inspiring leaders to champion a safe, respectful, and values-driven workplace.
- Promote understanding and consistent application of the Code of Conduct at all levels of the organization.
- Foster a culture where employees feel comfortable speaking up and raising concerns.
- Leadership and Governance:
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders based on internal insights, global trends, and identification of best practices.
- Accountable for the effective monitoring of the global E&C program and timely reporting on key metrics, trends, and emerging risks to senior leaders.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a global E&C team of approximately 20 professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration.
- Ensure the team provides industry-leading guidance and support to the business across a wide range of E&C matters.
- Risk Management:
- Lead E&C risk assessments during the pre-contract phase, focusing on areas such as sanctions, third-party due diligence, fraud, corruption, integrity, and assurance.
Key Qualifications:
- Typically, 15+ years relevant experience with significant management experience.
- Strong understanding of ethical practices and related laws, along with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
- Proficiency with software applications is also needed.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex proposals and reports to executive-level management.
- Proven leadership skills in multi-cultural/national environments.
