Job Overview:

The Group Director, Ethics & Compliance will provide overall leadership, vision and direction for an industry leading ethics and compliance program that promotes a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical conduct aligned to our principles and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Culture:
      Foster an ethical culture across the organization, inspiring leaders to champion a safe, respectful and values-driven workplace.
      Promote understanding and consistent application of the Code of Conduct at all levels.
  • Leadership and Governance:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders on complex E&C matters, providing strategic recommendations to the Executive Group based on internal insights and global trends.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a global E&C team of approximately 20 professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration.
  • Tools and Enablement:
    • Accountable for the design and implementation of toolkits and resources promoting a safe and ethical working environment.
  • Risk Management:
    • Guide and tailor treatment strategies during E&C risk assessments, ensuring ethical considerations are embedded in project planning and delivery.
