Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide in-home support services to clients in the Victor Harbor and Goolwa area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and services to clients with the Person-Centered Active Support model
- Encourage individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives
- Assist clients with their personal health care and mobility needs
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Adapt to different individuals, including those with challenging behaviors
- Meet the requirements of the Disability and NDIS Workers Screening
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
- Experience working with clients in the community
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work short and long shifts
- Current Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
