Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Communications, Public Relations & Media, the Brand Activation Specialist presents an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of the adidas Pacific Brand Communications team.
The Brand Activation Specialist will focus on enhancing the adidas brand image and achieving commercial objectives through a comprehensive array of marketing strategies, which encompass Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing, paid media execution, public relations, events, social media, and internal communications.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to advance your marketing career with a global leader in the sporting goods sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and implementation of Brand Communication strategies for adidas Pacific, covering key categories such as Brand, Running, Football, Training, Outdoor, and Originals.
· Aid in the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, including asset localization, media purchasing, and agency collaboration.
· Ensure excellence in the execution of Category and Brand Plans, while monitoring and reporting on performance against Brand and Business KPIs.
· Support the daily operations of the Brand Communications department, including product ordering and invoice management.
· Propel the local market seeding strategy in partnership with Sports Marketing, ensuring social and media outreach for key product campaigns.
· Conduct market analysis, including competitor, consumer, and category trends.
· Collaborate closely with the Sports Marketing, Digital Activation, and Omni Channel activation teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Strong presentation and communication skills
· Effective time management abilities

· Basic proficiency in MS Office
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree, preferably in marketing, business, or communications
· Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
· Fluent in English
