Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in account communications to join our corporate team as a Strategic Account Communications Leader.

This role is suited for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced client or agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to meet client objectives, including building knowledge on client business strategy, key stakeholders, and competitor landscape.
  • Manage multiple projects across varied client portfolios from concept to completion, troubleshoot problems, and deliver quality work against deadlines.
  • Lead client correspondence on daily routine matters, including updates and activity reports.
  • Deliver high-quality internal and external content tailored to channel, platform, and audience.
  • Coordinate with integrated teams across creative, digital, data/analytics, and partner agencies.
  • Track client programs and report on key learnings using measurement and insights.
  • Manage media lists, handle media relations, and provide support for events and new business opportunities.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, including graduate trainees and interns.
