We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our office team at our Adelaide headquarters.
This is a casual position with the opportunity for ongoing part-time employment for a suitable candidate, approximately 2-3 days per week.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring sales orders and customer enquiries
- Managing incoming sales orders and customer communications
- Invoicing sales orders and other administrative data entry
- Maintaining company filing and record systems
- Data entry for internal stock management, purchasing, and manufacturing traceability processes
- General office cleaning and tidying, and general administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have:
Essential Skills and Experience:- Previous MYOB experience
- High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience with checkable references
- Good customer service, phone manner, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and email programs
- Punctuality and reliability
- Access to a reliable vehicle and driver's license
- No allergies to dust or chemicals
