We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our office team at our Adelaide headquarters.

This is a casual position with the opportunity for ongoing part-time employment for a suitable candidate, approximately 2-3 days per week.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring sales orders and customer enquiries
  • Managing incoming sales orders and customer communications
  • Invoicing sales orders and other administrative data entry
  • Maintaining company filing and record systems
  • Data entry for internal stock management, purchasing, and manufacturing traceability processes
  • General office cleaning and tidying, and general administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have:

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Previous MYOB experience
  • High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous administrative experience with checkable references
  • Good customer service, phone manner, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and email programs
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and driver's license
  • No allergies to dust or chemicals
