About the Role

The City of Rockingham is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join its Compliance and Emergency Liaison team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the Compliance and Emergency Liaison team, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Assist with collating and compiling statistical information, as well as photocopying and other administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the Manager and Coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role or within a government administration environment.
  • Solid background in customer service and working in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Well-developed ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • A gross salary of $72,258 per annum.
  • 11.5% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%.
