Sales Support Administrator

In line with our ongoing commitment to delivering service excellence, we are seeking a full time **Sales Support | Administrator**.
**About the Role**
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will assist the sales team with administration and data base management. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering sales calls and follow up.
- Support the sales team with preparation and follow up of quotes and tenders.
- Review and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Manage customer enquiries
- Entry of sales information into data base
- Site visits to enable the preparation of estimates and quotes.
- Manage existing client relationships
- Assist with marketing and development of new customers.
- The role has scope for growth and development
**The successful applicant will possess the following**:
- Previous experience in the construction industry or trade background desired but not essential
- Strong communicational skills both verbal and written.
- Great people skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient general computer skills and able to adapt quickly to new software.
- Able to take direction and work autonomously.
- Motor Vehicle licence.
**Salary**: $43,964.04 - $82,928.90 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
