About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role involves performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

  • Perform routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Installation and Modification: Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Work Order Management: Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
  • Energy Management: Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
  • Physical Requirements: Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
