Elearning Quality Assurance Specialist

The eLearning Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality eLearning solutions that meet learning objectives and standards.

This position requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that eLearning materials are developed, reviewed, and delivered to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.

We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and industry best practices to review learning materials to ensure it meets the needs of our diverse audience.

  • Review and evaluate eLearning content, courses, and modules to ensure accuracy with grammar and spelling, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that the content adheres to established education standards, branding guidelines, and technical specifications.
  • Identify and address inconsistencies, errors, and usability issues within eLearning materials.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvements to content creators and developers.

Key Responsibilities also include testing eLearning files for upload to multiple LMS platforms, troubleshooting and fixing identified bugs, and compiling and maintaining a bug report to ensure similar issues do not occur.

The eLearning Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, and workflows, and monitor customer feedback to assess perceptions of content quality, delivery, and user experience.
