Learning Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Developer to join our team. This role requires expertise in eLearning content development and delivery, ensuring high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of end-users.

A key aspect of this position is to develop and deliver user-centric learning experiences. This involves working closely with stakeholders to validate training needs analysis and training plans, and developing a range of eLearning modules and user guides/materials for end-users.

  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as experience in HR projects such as timesheets, rostering, payroll, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop eLearning modules and user guides/materials for end-users, including digital and print-ready collateral.
  • Manage a training schedule for eLearning and user 'drop-in sessions' for staged roll-out.
  • Track and report on training completion rates and evaluation surveys.

Requirements:
