Business Operations Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven professional to join our Foodservice Team as an Assistant Business Manager. This is a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave, providing an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our account management team, ensuring seamless execution of sales plans and customer engagement strategies.
- Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve queries from internal stakeholders, external customers, and suppliers, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Interpret data and identify possible answers, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Provide advanced product/service information and respond to basic customer questions about our products/services.
- General Admin Duties.
About You
- Demonstrated commitment to our team culture, with a strong understanding of the FMCG and foodservice industry.
- Experience and understanding of sales processes and systems administration, with a focus on customer dynamics and commercial acumen.
- Proactiveness, resilience, and a team player mindset, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- General office/operational systems knowledge, with SAP knowledge an advantage.
