Small Business Cashflow Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled National Small Business Specialist to join our team at ANZ. As a key member of our National Business Centre, you will play a critical role in connecting with business customers to help them start, run, and grow their business.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers through inbound and outbound interactions, managing enquiries and conducting quality needs-based conversations to understand their business goals and challenges. Using your expert knowledge of cash flow concepts and ANZ products, you will provide tailored recommendations to help customers achieve their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Action incoming calls or digital opportunities, conduct quality needs-based conversations, and assist customers in starting, growing, and running their business by providing valuable advice and tailored recommendations.
- Identify additional customer needs and effectively refer them to an appropriate channel, including value-added services that will help customers start, grow, and run their business.
- Assist with all transactional banking requirements for customers end-to-end.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring the following skills and experience:
- Professional phone manner and etiquette.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to a structured roster and operating rhythm.
- Understanding of small business and commercial markets.
- Thorough knowledge of ANZ procedures, products, and services (desired but not essential).
- Understanding of money in, managing money, money out, and cash flow concepts.
