Senior Customer Service Professional

A high-profile role overseeing customer service delivery and guiding the reception team. You will engage with members, providing exceptional experiences through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overdue accounts, cancellations and enquiries, meeting performance targets.
- Supervise the Reception team, providing coaching and ongoing support for new employees.
- Coordinate the Reception team roster, working with senior colleagues to ensure adequate staff are present at critical times.
- Collaborate with the Reception team to meet and exceed customer service metrics and key performance indicators.
- Utilise computer systems to access member details and process transactions.
- Ensure venue cleanliness, maintaining a neat and tidy reception area.
- Follow instructions, prioritise and complete tasks efficiently.
- Minimum 3 years previous customer service supervisory experience with excellent communication skills.
- Driven by results with a natural ability to achieve individual objectives and team goals.
- Experience in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- The capacity to resolve problems and overcome obstacles.
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
