About the Role

Bond University is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic People Officer to join the People and Talent team. As the first point of contact for HR enquiries, this role will be responsible for the smooth processing of contracts and variations, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining employee records, reporting, assisting with recruitment activities, and supporting all other administrative tasks as required by the People Business Partner.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute to HR projects and events, assist with policy updates, and support relocation and immigration processes. The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or at least 2 years of relevant experience, a developing knowledge of employment laws and regulations, strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills, solid interpersonal and communication abilities, and proficient IT skills.

About the Person

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
