Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HR officers throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role combining engagement, HR operations, and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of fast-paced rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning principles.
  • Passion for promoting employee wellbeing, inclusivity, and building a strong team culture.
