We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to join our team as an Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing our brand to life through exceptional experiences.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will assist in planning and delivering engaging in-person and digital brand experiences that foster creativity and community engagement.
  • You will work closely with our Community Experiences Manager to execute brand activations, community campaigns, and sports partnerships.
  • A key responsibility of this role is coordinating event logistics, including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • You will also manage RSVPs and guest information to provide a premium event experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing is required.
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are vital.
  • A proactive mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to work weekends or outside standard hours during key events or activations are also necessary.
