About Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution:

We are a leading aged care provider with a vision to provide quality aged care services that have a positive impact on people's lives.

We operate residential aged care villages, retirement villages and home and community services across NSW and ACT.

The Role:

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure residents receive an exceptional standard of clinical care. Your leadership will also drive operational excellence in line with new Aged Care Standards and Organisational Objectives.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic aged care provider known for developing and progressing their managers.

  • Aged care experience is essential.
  • Proven operational leadership skills & experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable).
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation and ANACC.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Valid police check clearance.
