Senior Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Advisor to provide high-level guidance and support to our leadership teams. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of company policies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and change management.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to drive business growth and ensure talent acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to design and deliver training programs that promote organizational development and improve performance.
  • Support the development of succession plans to ensure seamless transitions and continuity within the organization.
  • Initiate and manage major HR projects, reports, and committees to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a senior HR generalist role, covering IR/ER, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and promote company values and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
