Are you a skilled IT professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Support Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis in Tuncurry, Forster.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and monitoring workstations, focusing on both hardware and software health checks.

  • We require proven experience with configuring peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, and mouse to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in performing printer health checks, including network printers and standalone devices for seamless functionality.
  • A strong understanding of meeting rooms and communication rooms is essential to support business functions.
  • Extensive experience with Office 365, including email configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid experience working with Active Directory, including user account creation, group policies, and troubleshooting login issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular workstation health checks to ensure optimal performance and prompt issue resolution.

You will also setup and monitor peripheral devices such as monitors, keyboards, and mice to ensure user satisfaction.

Performing proactive maintenance and health checks on all printers and ensuring they are in working order at all times is crucial.

You will manage and support meeting rooms and communication rooms to facilitate effective internal and external communication.

Overseeing and managing Office 365 user accounts, ensuring smooth access and addressing any service issues is key.

Administering Active Directory, including troubleshooting, user account management, and security settings is an essential part of the role.

You will provide technical assistance and support to staff across various locations within the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.

Collaborating with IT teams to ensure compliance with company standards and both internal and external IT policies is critical.
