We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of our high-profile product category.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth through end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing and ranging strategies tailored to the Australian market;
- Collaborating with senior retail partners and navigating complex stakeholder environments across local teams and global HQ;
- Driving Channel & Ecommerce Performance through direct engagement with key retail partners and overseeing the Ecommerce channel;
- Oversighting Pricing, Forecasting & Financial Planning, including managing pricing strategy, sales deductions, and demand forecasting;
- Executing Go-to-Market & Promotional Strategies by overseeing promotional activity planning, marketing integration, and supply chain optimisation.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to drive category growth through end-to-end product lifecycle management;
- Confident engagement with senior retail partners (Buyer & GM level);
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand forecasting, sales analysis, and market insights;
- Collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional collaboration while upholding compliance with legal and internal frameworks.
