Job Role Overview

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within the Employment Services industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proven success in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including coaching, mentoring, and case management experience.
  • Problem-solving, goal-setting abilities, and a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
  • Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks.
Requirements:
  • A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement.
  • Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.
