About the RoleThis position requires a highly skilled professional who can evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating client needs and creating effective plans for rehabilitation and return-to-work.
- Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Performing assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
- Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return to work goals.
- Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate achievement of business objectives.
