Job Overview:
">Kirinari seeks an experienced professional to lead the development and refinement of case management processes within our residential Out-of-Home Care program.
">This role involves setting up practical systems, translating policy into clear tools, and refining existing ones to support staff in working consistently and sustainably.
">A strong understanding of trauma-informed and person-centered approaches is essential for this position.
">The successful candidate will work closely with practice-facing staff to test, adapt, and embed new ways of working.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop operational process designs in response to legislative and policy changes
- Collaborate with staff to foster connections and embed new ways of working
- Model therapeutic communication that reflects respect and builds strong connections
- Enhance and balance case management systems to reflect best practice and operational realities
- Bridge policy and practice by developing clear procedures grounded in respect
- Ensure compliance and accountability with accreditation standards and sector requirements
- Cultivate a culture of feedback, accountability, and connection through respectful supervision and collaboration
- Promote continuous improvement and innovations while maintaining respect and balance across the program
Requirements:
">- Diploma (AQF 5) in a relevant field is highly desirable
- Experience and knowledge in Out-of-Home Care are highly regarded
- Skilled in case management and process improvement, with a strong sense of accountability
- Collaborative, with a talent for building positive connections across diverse teams
- Committed to compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement
- Proactive in audit preparedness and effective documentation
- Strong communicator, modeling respectful, person-centered, and therapeutic approaches
- Receptive to feedback and able to foster a constructive, reflective culture
- Adept at translating policy into practical procedures
