As a rehabilitation consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.

About the Role
  • Utilize your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
