Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Work with other team members to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policies and procedures, and provide accurate information to customers.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a sales-focused customer service position, preferably in a retail environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively, individually and in a team, to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Flexibility: Flexible availability to meet our seven-day roster requirements.
