Senior Civil Design Director Role

Seeking an accomplished Principal Civil Design Engineer to lead and oversee the delivery of civil design projects.

  • Deliver high-quality, on-schedule projects within budget.
  • Guide a team of engineers in technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive business growth through client engagement and proposal evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or eligibility highly regarded.
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record in design, project delivery, and leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong client relationship skills, with experience in business development and tender management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Victorian civil engineering standards and guidelines.
