Autonomous and highly skilled generalist with extensive leadership experience in operations, governance, project, people, and financial management.

We are looking for a standout and talented mid-level experienced Design Civil Engineer with 3-6 years' experience.

You must have:

  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, strong initiative, and a solutions-oriented approach with a clear drive to grow your technical and management capabilities.
  • The ability to manage your own projects as delegated, while supporting the broader team under the direction of the Civil Section Manager.
  • Proficiency in engineering software including Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Drains, Storm, and Music. Your Civil 3D and CAD drafting skills and knowledge should be of a high standard.
  • A broad range of project experience, from small to large-scale developments, across sectors such as commercial property, council and municipal infrastructure, and public realm work, particularly in the design of pavements and stormwater drainage systems.
  • A strong interest in expanding your knowledge and skills in Road and Highway design and documentation.
  • A clear sense of ownership and accountability, both for the technical quality and the commercial performance, of your work and projects, as well as those of the wider Civil team.
