Job Opportunity:
">A leading civil engineering consultancy in Melbourne is seeking a seasoned Principal Civil Design Engineer to lead our expanding Melbourne team.
">We cater to residential, commercial, government, industrial, and mining sectors, offering tailored solutions to meet diverse project needs.
">- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of civil design engineering projects from initial concept to final handover.
- Guide, mentor, and support a team of engineers, designers, and drafters, cultivating a collaborative environment built on technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive business growth through active involvement in client engagement, bid preparation, tender submissions, and proposal evaluations.
The ideal candidate will have:
">- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or eligibility is highly regarded.
- Minimum 10+ years' proven experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record in design, project delivery, and leadership.
- Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
