The Cultural Insight Analyst will collaborate with strategists and account service teams to cultivate deep cultural understandings and illuminate emergent trends from the social landscape. You will be instrumental in the nuanced interpretation of qualitative social data, identifying patterns in conversations, and translating these into profound insights for initiatives such as understanding brand affinity within online communities, tracking the evolution of cultural narratives, analyzing emerging subcultures, monitoring reputation through the lens of lived social experiences, and developing deep empathy for diverse audience segments.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to discern the subtle shifts in online discourse and recommend proactive strategies that resonate with contemporary culture.

Skill Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working for a creative agency, research agency, or publisher, with a strong emphasis on cultural analysis and social insight generation
  • Functional understanding of social listening and cultural intelligence platforms
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and AI tools
