About the Role

The role of Maintenance Coordinator involves overseeing the administration and development of maintenance portfolios across multiple locations. This includes day-to-day care and gardening expertise for residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and training a team of Plant Butlers who care for plant installations, instilling a practical hard work ethic and autonomous problem-solving skills
  • Effective management and rostering of maintenance schedules across locations
  • Ensuring world-class services for clients and excellence in all aspects of communications and customer experience
  • Promotion and sales of maintenance packages to diverse clientele, including proposal, quotes, and invoices
  • Driving growth and profitability in the department
  • Continually reviewing, developing, and implementing optimal plant care practices
  • Collaboration with the Commercial department
  • Financial reporting, review, and analysis as required
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a passion for plants, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. A background in professional gardening or design is favorable but not essential. You should also have a vehicle and current driver's license, pride in your work and personal presentation, flexibility in your work hours, and the ability to initiate and drive great plant care and high standards.
