The Role:

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, working closely with injured workers, employers, and treating health providers.
  • Guiding and supporting people through their recovery journey, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need.
  • Delivering exceptional service to help injured workers return to health and safely re-enter the workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims across Medical Management, RTW, and Maximising Capacity teams.
  • Demonstrating a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers.
  • Implementing active and timely strategies to improve recovery and return to work outcomes.
  • Providing workers compensation advice to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers.
