Job Opportunity: Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service calls, quoted works, planned maintenance, and installations to ensure schedules, technicians, and communications are on track.
  • Maximise technician productivity through proactive planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor technician progress and update records and customer portals.
  • Support customers with clear communication and timely updates.
  • Connect teams to streamline administrative tasks and prepare reports.
  • Manage travel for technicians to complete out-of-town work.
  • Review the 'on-call' roster for technicians, ensuring 24/7 coverage and close out all call-outs within 24 hours.
  • Manage inventory, maintain stock levels, source non-stock items, and handle ordering and distribution.
  • Collaborate with managers to track performance, identify training opportunities, and document events.
About This Role:
  • Experience in a customer service or dispatch environment.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
