About the Role

nib is seeking a Payroll Project Lead to manage and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex payroll projects. As the subject matter expert, you will ensure payroll services meet established deadlines and standards.

  • Leads the delivery of the payroll system and works closely with the Project team to manage transition periods.
  • Provides support to Senior Payroll Specialist and Payroll Manager during peak periods and absences.
  • Serves as the SME for all payroll project-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements complex payroll projects.
  • Ensures payroll services meet established deadlines and standards.
  • Liaises with stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of payroll management experience.
  • Proficient in payroll software implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll/HR interfaces and Australian payroll processes and compliance.
