Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and monitoring residents' health status
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Providing compassionate care to residents and their families
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aged care as a registered nurse
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for geriatric care
