Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic market access plans for profitable growth including distributor, fabricator, and installer relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sales strategies, product launches, and promotions.
  • Build and manage customer relationships across the Access Channel to drive collaboration and improve product offerings.
  • Track performance against defined sales targets and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze competitor strategies, gather customer insights, and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Provide training and support to customers on product use and maintenance, develop onboarding programs for new partners, and ensure engagement with samples or catalogs.
  • Manage Sales Representatives and Business Development Executives within the Access Channel, providing day-to-day guidance and performance feedback.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to inform planning and decision-making, analyzing sales data and trends for accurate projections.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and territory management within a technical consumer durable channel with a proven sales track record.
  • 3 years of sales team management experience.
  • Degree qualification.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, comfortable networking.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize complex objectives, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Discretion with confidential information, professional business etiquette.
  • Technical product understanding and terminology, proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce).
