Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of our learning and capability programs. This role will require strategic thinking, strong leadership skills and a passion for driving organisational change.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading learning and development teams, with expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery and evaluation. They will also have experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs and enterprise capability frameworks.

The Assistant Director Learning and Capability will play a critical role in shaping our organisational capability, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to drive business outcomes.
