Job Title: Human Resources Director

The People, Property and Security Division collaborates to deliver strategic workforce services that enhance organisational capability.

We are seeking a Human Resources Director who will play a key role in delivering strategic workforce services and driving organisational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on the application of enterprise agreements, workplace policies and employment legislation.
  • Manage complex industrial and employment condition matters and act as a liaison point between business areas and unions.
  • Lead the preparation for enterprise bargaining and drive negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage entitlements related to overseas deployments.
Support Functions:
  • Offer dedicated support and expert advice to the Senior Executive Service (SES).
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance leadership effectiveness, performance and accountability.
  • Provide exceptional end-to-end recruitment services and support business areas in line with their tactical workforce planning.

Other key functions include leading implementation of the Recruitment Strategy and First Nations Workforce Strategy, establishing strategic partnerships and providing strategic insights and market analysis.
