Lead Learning and Capability Programs

The role requires a visionary leader to drive the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs. The successful candidate will implement a comprehensive review of the organisation's capability framework, align it with business needs and integrate it with performance and development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver and improve learning and capability programs to drive organisational performance.
  • Maintain and implement the organisation's capability framework.
  • Develop and implement performance frameworks and talent development models.
  • Design and implement skills taxonomies aligned to job family frameworks.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading learning and development teams or similar roles in complex organisations.
  • Expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs and enterprise capability frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.
