We are seeking a skilled Client Facing IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot PC issues via hotline or remote assistance and respond to user inquiries
  • Resolve mailbox issues for users
  • Setup and configure new PCs, laptops, monitors, and desk phones for clients
  • Install software, applications, and antivirus solutions on client devices
  • Replace PC hardware components such as graphics cards and RAM
  • Deploy additional IT peripherals like printers, headsets, webcams, and docking stations
  • Maintain the latest operating system, software, and antivirus versions on client devices
  • Organize and tidy up client workspace cables
  • Collaborate with our IT team to fulfill client requests
  • Assist with mobile device and application installation and troubleshooting
