Full Stack Developer with Client-Facing Expertise

Sustain Recruit is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Full Stack Developer to join our agency clients' team. This opportunity offers growth into a Tech Lead role and beyond, perfect for those who are comfortable working with a variety of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with clients across industries to address their unique needs with innovative solutions.
  • Work hands-on across multiple technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript with React, React Native and Node.
  • Engage with the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce Marketing platform and similar martech) and CMS technologies.
  • Work with clients to help them solve real-world problems using technical solutions.
  • Support the Solution Design & Architects in thorough documentation.
  • Work on a team of in-house developers based in Sydney to deliver impactful, fully customized solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers.
  • Support infrastructure as code practices (AWS or Azure).

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Fundamental software development skills in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  • Mobile Development Experience: Ideally with React Native, but Flutter or Ionic is acceptable too.
  • Client Management: Proven experience communicating technical solutions in layman's terms for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business Mindset: Eager to contribute to business growth and willing to step up as a problem-solver.
  • Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to work independently with full autonomy, while receiving robust support and ongoing training and certifications.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Angular, or other front-end frameworks.
  • Experience across multiple technologies like Python, Java, C# or C++.
  • Database technologies (MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB).
