About the Role

\

The Team Leader, Results develops, leads, and implements electoral counting and results processes in line with NSWEC policy and legislative requirements. This position plays a vital role in maintaining stakeholder trust in the integrity of election results.

\

This is an ongoing position with a hybrid work arrangement based at our Elizabeth Street, Sydney office.

\

Your Key Responsibilities

  2. Develop, lead, and implement electoral counting and results processes;\
  3. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NSWEC policy and legislative requirements;\
  4. Provide professional customer service to external stakeholders;\
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;\
  6. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance organizational performance.\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience;\
  • Experience implementing high-risk, high-profile processes requiring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to strict processes and legislative requirements;\
  • Experience designing simple, pragmatic processes to manage complex operations;\
  • A track record of providing professional customer service to external stakeholders;\
  • Political neutrality with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners;\
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.\
