Transport Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transport Services Manager to lead our vehicle fleet, ensuring safe and timely transport of goods and passengers.

  • Manage the procurement, maintenance, and fueling of transport vehicles and equipment.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their transport needs and provide expert advice on vehicle selection and contractual obligations.
  • Plan and implement transportation schedules for timely and reliable service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  • Conduct regular fleet inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational reports and statements.
  • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations across all transport activities.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within automotive or rental industries.
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance standards relevant to fleet operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration, supplier interactions, and customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities: We require a highly skilled and proactive Transport Services Manager who can oversee our vehicle fleet, manage transport vehicles and equipment, plan and implement transportation schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
