Job Title: Transport Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all facets of our transport operations.

This role involves streamlining logistics, effectively managing staff rosters, and driving efficiency and productivity across transport. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building a strong team through positive reinforcement and coaching.
  • Assisting with scheduling store deliveries and meeting daily deadlines.
  • Minimizing stock losses by understanding and investigating inventory movements.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of safety and cleanliness, reporting incidents, hazards or near misses to keep our team safe.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and driving operational excellence at every opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record is essential.
  • Obtaining an HR or HC Licence is a requirement if selected.
  • Previous transport experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Flexibility and reliability are must-haves.
  • Experience with SAP software is beneficial but not essential.
