We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Village Care Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The Village Care Specialist will provide person-centred care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role involves building strong relationships with residents, their families, and our staff to create a welcoming and inclusive community environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful and dignified care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care and progress.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in aged care.
Requirements
  • Aged care qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Current first aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
